Eretmocerus eremicus and Encarsia formosa are two parasitic wasp species that are used to control greenhouse whitefly and tobacco whitefly. They're effective during the second to fourth larval stage, and should be used at the first signs of the pest presence. They parasitize the whitefly by laying eggs under whitefly nymphs, which then hatch and eat the young whitefly. The adult parasitic wasps also feed on adult whitefly.

This product is sold as cards (wrapped in plastic) on cardboard strips in a box containing parasitized whitefly pupae that hatch parasitic wasps.
